My background as a public speaker, published writer (and having just celebrated my 33rd wedding anniversary!), makes me uniquely qualified to officiate on your special day! I'll meet with both of you before the ceremony so we can discuss what type of ceremony you're looking for, and any additional touches you'd like to include. The emotions and stories of your lives that I capture during our interviews will be intricately woven into your ceremony.

About Me

In 2011, my nephew asked me if I would officiate at his upcoming wedding to his fiance, and since I have always been comfortable speaking in front of large groups (sometimes as large as 5,000 people!), I readily agreed. I spent almost a year learning about ceremonies; what they represent and all the different details in each one. Needless to say, the wedding (and the ceremony!) were a success, and shortly afterwards my cousin asked me to officiate at his wedding as well.

Since I enjoyed being part of something that brings so many people so much joy, I decided to make my talents available to the general public. And still today, after officiating at more than 150 weddings, I'm still honored to be a part of an event that is so significant in the lives of so many people!
